Here’s the video of Tim McGraw slapping a female fan that’s been floating around, which TMZ says probably won’t lead to anything because she was trying to tear off his jeans and they’re pretty much on his side. Should he have slapped her? Probably not, no. Should she have tried to claw off his jeans? No, definitely not. I’m saying this as someone who’s been groped (repeatedly) by excitable, inebriated women and men at various events: don’t grab someone or start tearing their clothes because you want to have fun. You’re having a good time? Fantastic! Other people want to have fun too, and they can’t do that if you’re running them down and yanking on their pants for no f*cking reason.
