Considering that Knocked Up was a smash success, and the fact that Judd Apatow is related to most of the actors in the movie, it only makes sense that they would eventually make a sequel to the movie. Well, sorta. This Is 40 is the ‘sort-of’ sequel to Knocked Up that focuses on Leslie Mann and Paul Rudd‘s family from the first movie, and from what I can tell, it doesn’t look half bad. Also, this one lacks the presence of Katherine Heigl to take a big steaming dump on the movie well after its success affords her money and fame, so right out of the gate I’m calling that a plus.
