After The Fappening died down enough that we could all start joking about it, one of the more prevalent joke-not-jokes was that leaking a bunch of the men stars’ pics would help even things out a bit. You know, make things fair. Except according to TMZ, that might be a thing soon. Get ready for: “That’s not me!” and “It’s photoshopped!” and “Look, it was super cold that day, cut me some slack.”
We’re told the male celebs have contacted friends, former lovers and coworkers … warning them they may be phishing targets … the guys think most of the hacking involves people connected to the celebs but not the celebs themselves. The guys we’ve spoke with all say … they’re now changing their passwords weekly … and some now have phones that are not connected to the cloud. One male celeb who was hacked last year says he now has all his emails on a private server … and he’s alerted if anyone attempts to read them.
While technically speaking, leaking male stars’ private nude pics would be even things out the same way lopping off both arms makes things symmetrical, it would still be an invasion of privacy. It would basically just be a repeat of everything that was said about the original Fappening, only this time you swap out all the female pronouns for male ones. Hacking into someone else’s privacy and stealing their things for the sake of your own personal curiosity and interests is wrong no matter the target.
