Snooki was paid $32,000 to speak at a college?!

Did you hear about how the SATs now feature a question about reality TV? I know, I know, it makes no sense whatsoever, but it’s not like they’d actually start hiring reality TV stars to start making appearances at colleges, right? Oh, wait, no, that’s exactly what they’ve started doing. Rutgers University booked Snookito make two Q&A appearances at the college, and they reportedly paid her $32,000 for the engagements. Guess how well that went over?

“My tuition dollars wasted on Snooki,” on student posted on their Twitter account.

“Rutgers probably could have paid her with a case of beer.”

University rep E.J. Miranda told Fox News that Snooki’s appearance was paid for through student fees.

“My alma mater. You have brought SHAME to my family,” one alumni tweeted.

“As an RU student, I’m really ashamed,” another wrote. SOURCE

By the way, if you’re wondering what kind of lesson she gave the students? She brought a student onstage and taught her how to get that signature Snooki poof in her hair. Seriously. $32,000 to teach a bunch of college students how to look like a slutty wishing troll. Sorry Rutgers students, but your diplomas are now void. You might as well just take your diplomas and bury them in a nice little cemetery plot marked with a tombstone inscribed with “My Hopes and Dreams”.
