Like all important news, I saw on Wendy Williams, via Instagram, this very important announcement. Shia LaBeouf is all buff n’ stuff!
Shia has obviously been hitting it hard at Trinity Boxing Club, where he was photographed eating his shirt and revealing a delicious banquet underneath! His “homie” hit the hotness alarm by posting a picture of the Transformers star on Twitter:

Boxing isn’t just about getting in the ring and throwing punches. Fight training is extremely well-rounded for strength, speed, agility, reflexes, footwork and coordination. Not only is boxing a whole body workout, it makes you feel like a real brute man (or Angelina Jolie)! Sometimes it’s can be fun to mix up a workout routine with a private instructor or class and punch some shit. Just don’t start acting like a tough guy and getting in bar fights. That’s not very classy.
