good morning! just this past weekend thanks to a tip from my pal sheena beaston i downloaded a copy of the recently leaked röyksopp album junior and i’ve been listening to it non-stop – i really like the entire album – one song in particular stood out featuring swedish pop sensation robyn called the girl and the robot – you can watch the video below (the first single is happy up here – watch the video) i first featured the cute electronic / chillout norwegian duo here on popbytes back in 2005 for their song what else is there? featuring haunting vocals from karin dreijer andersson of the knife – thankfully she joins the boys again on their third album (on tracks this must be it and tricky tricky) plus she’ll be releasing a solo album later this month under the name fever ray – which is definitely worth checking out as well! popbytes over & out for now … xoxo
