Remember Jaden Smith? He’s only famous and rich because his parents are famous and rich, and now he can spend the rest of his life not even doing anything because his dad, Will Smith, will always be there to buy him movie roles. Well, he wants you to drop out of school because you’re a special unique snowflake and you know everything. EVERYTHING. And he’s not just saying that because that exact line of thinking has been drilled into his head by parents who never learned how to say “no.”

Yes, the key to a more educated society is no education at all. Because clearly, this worked out for Jaden. Look, if this line was coming from someone like Edison or Einstein, someone who dropped out and still managed to make something on their own? Sure, I could see that. But Jaden is a kid whose parents literally bought him a career, then proceeded to let him wander blindly into self-importance. As for the education system itself: Yes, public education isn’t the best, but it sure as hell beats nothing, which seems to be Jaden’s answer here.
