my mr. petey

hi kids – i had to share something personal that just caught me off guard – one of my dogs – petey – choked on his food thursday night – and passed away very quickly – he was right behind me – and in the few seconds he was choking – by the time we got to him – he was gone – i had petey for 6 years – after a friend found him abandoned at a rest area in i believe north carolina – i first met petey while i was in nyc – he travelled cross country with me to LA – along with his dog partner-in-crime – my mr. parker (who i can tell is missing his buddy so much) i’m just beside myself with questions, the what if’s? – petey always ate so fast – it was just his nature – and in the end he was taken from us before his time – but i know that we gave him the best life one dog could have – pampered and loved as well as adored by all that met him – and everyone knew what a special boy he was – he had the sweetest most gentle wise soul – i had to post about petey on here – it will make me feel a little better that many more people will know petey and he will live on our memory forever – and i have many dogs waiting for me at the big pearly gates in the sky – i love you petey and im so sorry this happened but i know how much you loved and adored me as only a dog can – and i hope you know that you meant the world to me too – my mr. petey i know that your my angel now – i love you…you will be so missed everyday…goodnight and sleep well my baby boy, my mr. petey.
