According to more than a few rumors floating around, Adderall seems to be the big reason as to why Lindsay Lohan went from being one of the most bankable stars in Hollywood to being the person best-known for nearly hitting a baby with her car amongst her many other messy escapades. Apparently, the doctors over at the Betty Ford Center seem to agree because after a little discussion, they’ve decided to take away Lindsay’s Adderall away and put her on something less addictive, and according to the Huffington Post, Lindsay’s pissed off enough that she’s trying to bail …
TMZ reports that Lohan is allegedly telling friends that she wants to be moved to another facility that will allow her to take her daily dose of Adderall. But despite Lohan’s claims that she doesn’t use Adderall to maintain her slim frame, RadarOnline is reporting that she’s now worried she’ll gain weight since she’s no longer taking the drug. “Lindsay has been able to eat whatever she has wanted and not gain weight for years and she attributes this to Adderall,” a source close to the actress told RadarOnline. “Everyone knows that the controversial drug ramps up your metabolism, and can suppress the appetite.”
I think I’ve said this before, but it really does bear repeating: Lindsay’s problem isn’t that booze, or drugs, or whatever. Lindsay’s biggest problem is that she’s an asshole. She is an asshole who was raised by assholes to believe that she was special and entitled to do whatever asshole thing she wanted to do. It especially doesn’t help that Lindsay makes enough money that she can pay people to make sure she doesn’t have to be held accountable for anything she does, so of course, all that comes together to create A HUGE ASSHOLE.
