Leonardo DiCaprio is well underway in his latest uber project, depicting J. Edgar Hoover, the FBI’s notorious first director in Clint Eastwood‘s latest directorial star studded spectacular J. Edgar. Co-starring are notables Naomi Watts, Judi Dench, and up-and-coming Armie Hammer of The Social Network, the screenplay is by Dustin Lance Black of Milk fame. DiCaprio took time out of his heavy shooting schedule, which also includes the namesake role of the latest screen adaption of The Great Gatsby and producing Red Riding Hood, to make one of the most expensive phone calls in history for a Chinese cell phone company. The actor is said to have been paid $5 million dollars by Guangdong OPPO Telecommunications Corp. to appear in a commercial that will appear across Asian television sets later this year.
