Hitting the Express Rocks music lounge event at the Hard Rock Hotel, the country star got sketched for a brand new tattoo, but didn’t follow through with the needle — yet.

Which sort of begs the question: How in the hell does she expect to get tattooed anyway? I mean, at this point she’s basically skin and bone. The tattoo needle would just enter one side of her body and pierce straight through to the other. It would be like trying to write on wet paper with a quill.
