Alright, here’s the thing: I hate the Twilight movies. HATE. The books too. Seriously, if you’re idea of a strong female role model involves an indecisive, personality-free girl who has to choose between bestiality and necrophilia, you’re doing it wrong. That being said, I always thought the stars were charming enough, and it makes me happy that Kristen Stewart is learning the noble art of pole dancing. Hey, don’t knock it ’til you try it.
The 20-year-old actress, best known for playing Bella Swan in the vampire series, shared the painful experience at the New York premiere of independent drama Welcome to the Rileys, Entertainment Tonight reported. “I did two weeks of it. I did learn how to do it and I got bruises all over my legs. It’s hard, but it actually doesn’t look painful, but it is. It kinda beats you up,” she told Entertainment Tonight. SOURCE
Fun fact: Bruises you get from pole dancing are actually called ‘pole hickeys’. Seriously. And anyone who thinks that pole dancers have it easy have clearly never had to hang upside down by their legs while rubbing baby oil over their torso. Not easy, okay? Not easy. So you bitches better make it fucking RAIN next time you see a dancer working it!
