No matter how bad things got, or how hopeless things seemed, there was always one constant that kept me going: That Kim Kardashian would never be in Vogue magazine. It proved that no matter how annoyingly pervasive the Kardashians became through no effort or talent, they couldn’t get everything they wanted. Except now she might be in Vogue after all. Abandon all hope.

You may have been following the slew of rumors that Yeezus has been begging Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour to put his fiancée, Kim Kardashian, on the cover of the esteemed publication. It’s unclear whether or not he actually groveled or if Nuclear Wintour just thawed to (or was already open to) the idea of a reality star (with clothing line and a legion of fans) plastered on the front page of the Fashion Bible. Of course, this could all just be a huge lie, since Kim hasn’t yet bragged about it on Twitter like the self-serving famewhore she is. And if it isn’t, well … it’s not too late Anna Wintour! You can turn down all her photos! Hell, that might be even more devastating. Knowing she came so close just to be shut down. Oh, I can hope. If only for a brief second I can hope.
