It’s been almost a whole month since Kanye West went on his last rant, which means it’s time again for some more crazy! Anyway, last night during a concert, Kanye decided to break his no-ranting streak by going on about how he’s a god and he’s mad that fellow god Hedi Slimane, the creative director for Saint Laurent, didn’t treat him like a god. Page Six reports …
Kanye vented while onstage at MSG Saturday, “He was once a friend of mine, in the time of Christian Dior. And I used to wear his tight-ass jeans when I was on tour and get called names for it . . . And Hedi Slimane was a god who didn’t serve no bull(bleep) . . . But it takes a god to recognize another god. So when he told me you can come to my show, but you can’t come to see Phoebe [Philo] and you can’t come to see Riccardo [Tisci], that was odd. He tried to control me! He tried to tell me where I could go!”
Yeah, how dare someone lay down reasonable boundaries when it comes to their job so that the lines between career and friendship don’t become too intertwined! The nerve of it! Don’t you know Kanye is a god! In fact, he just turned into a swan so that he could go down to Earth and bang a random girl while still in the form of a swan. (Yeah, Greek gods were weird.)
