Remember that time Justin Bieber got arrested for driving around, allegedly under the influence? Of course you do, because literally one out of every three gossip stories is at the very least tangentially related to the incident. Anyway, it looks like his trial has been set for May 5th, and thus far he’s looking at a whole slew of charges, which I’m sure he’ll get community service for. Via THR

Justin Bieber’s Miami Beach trial date has been postponed until May 5, it was determined at a hearing Tuesday. During the hearing, prosecutors said that, contrary to reports, no plea offer has been made to the singer, according to the Associated Press. Bieber has pleaded not guilty to charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and having an expired driver’s license.

All of which sounds incredibly damning and would see most of us go to jail, but remember: This is America we’re talking about. Where the rich people only have to do community service and the poor get incarcerated because the prison system is privatized. Seriously, it’s a messed up system. Google it.
