As someone who performs in gay porn for a living, I literally cringe every time someone brings up Joe Francis. Cringe. Case in point: Mr. Girls Gone Wild is threatening to sue Jerry O’Connell and Weinstein Co. over O’Connell’s character in Piranha 3D, which is a parody of Francis himself. Honestly? I’ll just let Joe dig his own grave on this one.
He tells The Hollywood Reporter, “I believe Mr. O’Connell may lose more than his penis if he and the Weinstein Co. choose to release this film and continue to falsely associate me with its questionable content.
“I appreciate a good parody as much as the next guy, but to associate me with drugs and the filming of underage girls crosses a definite line. Jerry O’Connell has repeatedly and emphatically stated on the public record that he is ‘playing Joe Francis,’ not a fictional character based on me.

Dude, hate to break it to you, but you plead no contest on charges of child abuse and prostitution, you’re guilty of multiple USC 2257 record violations, and you had to settle out of court when someone accused you of using her image without her intent.
