Last night, Jennifer Lawrence won best actress at the SAG Awards, and used the opportunity to thank MTV for launching her career. Turns out, she got her SAG card for appearing in an ad for My Super Sweet 16, and that’s how she got started. So when Jennifer inevitably wins an Oscar (she’ll win, because her only competition is Jessica Chastain and the Zero Dark Thirty controversy just shot any chance she had in the foot,) just remember: At least something good came out of that awful, terrible show.
