hey y’all! after the much anticipated preview over in cannes was a huge smash and even received a standing ovation (the advanced screening only included about 20 minutes of the film) i am now doubly super excited for the silver screen adaptation of the much beloved musical dreamgirls which will hit theaters on december 25th – a perfect pop xmas present for me! it looks amazing and with skilled director bill condon (gods & monsters, kinsey) at the helm i know this is going to kick some ass! a brand new five minute featurette has been released with interviews on the making of the film and also includes a few sneak peek clips of stuff we haven’t seen before…make sure to check it out! both beyonce & jennifer hudson look like they are going to rock! oh i am so excited…even though it is a whole six months away…popbytes over & out…xxoo!
