We’re a month away from the premiere of the seventh and final season of True Blood (kicking off June 22nd on HBO), which is great because there’s literally nothing on in the summer and we need more naked Joe Manganiello on TV. Anyway, here’s the first real look at the new season, and by the looks of it, they’re clearing house on the cast. I mean, they do have a hell of an ensemble and a pretty clear deadline, so I guess it makes sense that it’s time to start culling things a bit. Either way, I’ll be genuinely sad to see the show go. It was entertaining, even at its absolute loopiest. I’ll miss seeing the insanity that comes with throwing vampires, werewolves, fairies, and naked Joe together in one show.
