Billy Eichner just may be the funniest damn person on television right now.

The New York City comedian first grabbed audience’s attention back in 2007, when his frantic man-on-the-street video interviews became instant YouTube sensations. Now Funny or Die has taken that formula, which Eichner originally developed for RadarOnline and the Upright Citizens Brigade, and turned it into a half-hour game show for FUSE.

Funny or Die’s Billy on the Street has Billy ambushing NYC pedestrians with a variety of pop culture trivia. Important questions like, “Who’s better: Elton John or Elton from Clueless?” Or my personal favorite, “Which makes more sense, Tori Spelling or a crop circle?” There are three rounds to the game, the final of which is totally subjective. Meaning Billy has to agree to with your answer in order to win. Those who answer correctly get money. Those who answer incorrectly get screamed at by Billy. Simple enough, right?

Of course, the way I describe it, it sounds boring as shit. But from the look of the clip below, I’m pretty sure it’s going to be the best game show of all-time.

Seriously, how can you not love this guy? Running after that lady with the deep fryer? Holy shit. Thank you Billy. Thank you for coming out with what will very quickly be my new favorite show of 2011.

Funny or Die’s Billy on the Street (longest title ever?) premieres tonight at 11pm ET. If you’re like me and you’ve never even head of FUSE until now, click here to see if you have the damn channel.
