FitnessBytes: You can’t live forever, but you can die trying!

Giorgio Armani

I’m not saying Giorgio Armani is a hot piece of ass, but looking at him strut his stuff in a mankini like he doesn’t give a damn is alright with me. He’s old and accomplished enough to do whatever the hell he wants. You can avert your eyes while giving a slow golf clap. At 76 years old, this pepaw is still making fashion his bitch!

Giorgio Armani

It reminds me of my grandfather — who sadly just passed away — because he was doing his thing right up until the very end. Last summer, at 79 and fighting cancer, he build a new brick patio with his bare hands. He made up his own mind about things and did them his way (see ONE THING my grandpa taught me you MUST do before you die on my blog). He remained active throughout his life, tending his gardens and taking care of animals.

To succeed in your fitness goals, and in life, don’t ever stop! Keep doing your thing. Find what works for you and stick to it. Happiness will follow. That’s what an active lifestyle is all about. You may not be able to live forever, but you can die trying. (This one goes out to gramps, RIP cowboy!) *W*
