Playing video games have shown positive effects on cognitive health (awareness, perception, reasoning, and judgment). Gaming is also said to improve empathy (playing with or against others), alleviate stress, improve hand-eye coordination, enhances the learning process, boosts imagination and even provides a distraction from snacking / overeating.

A ton of celebs, from Jack Black, the members of New Found Glory, Samuel L. Jackson, Zooey Deschanel, and superstar athletes like Marshall Faulk and John Cena are all celebrity gamers.

Geek out & stay beautiful! [w]
