Have you seen Vanity Fair‘s Best Dressed List for 2010? As per usual, providing red carpet thrills during awards season is a great way to grab the attention of list makers. Carey Mulligan, Diane Kruger and the Gyllenhaals all made it and they worked award season like pros in the early weeks of 2010. I can’t wait to see who’ll make a splash this coming Oscar season. I’m hoping for a glorious comeback for Nicole Kidman or maybe lots of red carpet time with the team from The Kids Are All Right: Julianne Moore, Annette Bening, Mia Wasikowska, Josh Hutcherson, Mark Ruffalo. Let’s get them all styled up for the press lines. Have you seen it yet? It just went wide in movie theaters so now is the time. The movie is more than all right, it’s fantastic.
I was also happy to see supermodel Christy Turlington make the list. She recently followed in her husband Ed Burn‘s footsteps and became a filmmaker. She made a documentary called No Woman No Cry about pregnancy and women’s health issues across the globe. She’s trying to make a difference so… go Christy! Some more controversials choices on the best dressed list including Lady Gaga and the great actress turned eccentric Tim Burton muse Helena Bonham-Carter. Please head over to Film Experience for even more cinematic musings!
