If there’s one thing I learned about human beings — I haven’t really, but humor me here — it’s that the ones who claim they hate “drama” are invariably the ones that go looking for it the hardest. So of course, Lady Gaga got into another feud with someone (herein Adam Levine) over sh!t that doesn’t really matter because she just hates this stuff so much you guys. Us Weekly reports …
“Ugh . . . recycling old art for a younger generation doesn’t make you an artist,” Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, 34, complained in the tweet. “It makes you an art teacher.”
“I unabashedly love writing and performing pop music for both myself AND everyone around me. That’s It,” he added. “It doesn’t need any extra sauce.”
The next day, Gaga, 27, seemed to tweet a response to Levine’s rant.
“Uh oh guys the art police is here,” the “Applause” singer wrote.
Oh for … look, you cannot be the person who keeps talking about doing away with negativity and fighting and bullying and then turn around and be one of those who indulges it. Not how that works. You cannot have your cake and eat it too. If someone attacks you directly? Brush it off to the side or politely acknowledge it and move on. But don’t pretend you’re some positivity warrior, then turn around and start bitching at the drop of a hat because it sends the wrong message: bullying is wrong, unless it’s someone you hate.
