Dwayne Johnson probably killed Osama!

It really says something about how fast news moves that we’re already obsessing over who was the first celebrity to tweet about Osama bin Laden‘s death. After careful investigation (as well as a quick check-up on what does and does not constitute a celebrity) it turns out gigantic bad-ass and all around hottie Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has the prestigious honor of being the first celeb to announce Osama’s death … possibly.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson may have been the first celeb to have gotten wind of the news on Sunday night. At 10:24 p.m. ET, Johnson tweeted, “Just got word that will shock the world – Land of the free … home of the brave … PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!” That’s about 45 minutes before media outlets starting reporting it. And Keith Urbahn’stweet is said to have gone out at 10:24 p.m., too. (We hoped The Rock might hop on the phone to chat about it, but his rep told Lifeline Live: “No comment.” SOURCE

So let me get this straight: gigantic hunk of man who’s known for kicking more ass than a Japanese ass-kicking-fetish-robot (I’m like 90% sure those exist) somehow manages to find out before anyone that the most dangerous man in the world is dead … does anyone else feel like Dwayne might be a real-life action movie star? Jesus, I bet his car blows up every time he gets out of it while he just walks away nonchalantly without looking back.
