good morning everyone! is everybody ready to get back to work? TV has been seriously sucking ass over the past few weeks but tonight all that changes – the much advertised & hyped dirt finally premieres tonight over on FX! like i mentioned before i had the good fortune to have already seen the first three episodes (don’t worry – no spoilers will escape) and it’s for sure different than anything you’ve seen recently…
courteney cox-arquette (although she drops the arquette for the show’s credits) is amazing as ‘lucy spiller’ – a ruthless editor-in-chief of a tabloid magazine who will stop at nothing to secure a hot selling cover – and she has her own paparrazzi henchman named ‘don konkey’ – played brilliantly by ian hart – who turns out to be a little schizo and one of the best characters! it’s all good stuff – trust me! i’ll be posting weekly on the show (it will grow on you – just give it a chance) as it’s one that i’ve picked out to promote & crusade – only because i really enjoyed it – no one pitched me on it – this is all of my own doing! popbytes over & out for now…xxoo!
