Because it’s a ridiculously slow news day and nothing brings in the page views like wild speculation based off social networking, it seems like Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher might be getting a divorce, this based entirely on the fact that they’re tweeting less and less, and what they are posting involves foreboding shit that hints in either direction. Contact Music reports:
There has been no official statement from the couple’s representatives about the status of their relationship, but Ashton’s latest twitter post earlier today (29.09.11) hinted the allegations are false. The 33-year-old star tweeted a link, without a comment, to his Spotify account on which he was playing Public Enemy song Don’t Believe The Hype. Earlier this week, Demi took to her twitter account to quote Greek philosopher Epictetus. She wrote: “When we are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.”
Really? This is your irrefutable proof? Not the fact that a woman accused Ashton of cheating on Demi with her and the subsequently lawyered up? Not the fact that they spent their anniversary apart? No, your master clue here is that they’re tweeting less? Jesus, it’s like someone gives you a bottle of water, and you’re just like “nah, I’m good. I’ll just find water using this divining rod. While wearing this blindfold.”
