Oh I totally adore Dame Edna and all of her outrageous antics from down under, she’s seriously one of Australia’s best exports! The character created by Barry Humphries (who just so happens to be straight) has been making the rounds for over sixty years now, but last month Mr. Humphries sadly announced that he was retiring the character (because he’s beginning to feel a bit senior) yet the girl still has one more tour in her called Eat, Pray, Laugh!. I saw her here in Los Angeles a few years ago, the show was so damn funny and extremely clever, I literally laughed my ass off the entire time! In order to be in tip top shape, Edna recently decided to join Jenny Craig (just like Mariah Carey did), her goal being to shed 15 kilos!
