Anyway, RadarOnline has brought it up again, with a new story about how Beyoncé reportedly said that she doesn’t want Kim or any of her family to start using her as a rung in the social climbing ladder …
“Beyoncé wasn’t going to allow a Kardashian to socially climb her,” an insider told the column. “They are guarding like hell their status.” But the international pop star wasn’t the only one throwing shade at the attention-seeking couple. “Jay didn’t want Kanye with Kim–He thinks it’s bad for business,” the insider said of the frequent music collaborators, who toured the world together after releasing their joint 2011 album, Watch the Throne. “I think Jay lost a little respect for Kanye there.”
Well of course everyone lost a little respect for Kanye West: He married into the Kardashians. Literally, one of the first big hits he had was about how you shouldn’t f*ck around with social climbers and gold diggers, and then he did exactly that. And he didn’t just go for one of the small-timers either. He went after the biggest, most transparent ones out there. This would be like Sir Mix-a-Lot marrying a girl with a tiny, flat ass.
