good evening! i swear my weeks are always either feast or famine … some weeks – i have nothing to do at all and then others – everything comes all at once – tonight i’m heading out again (for the last time until september 18th when i’ll be seeing pink at staples center!) this time i’m seeing bat for lashes (this will be my 3rd time catching BFL live!) at natasha khan‘s sold-out show over at the music box (henry fonda theatre) she’s totally amazing and mesmerizing – i can’t wait to see her own special brand of musical magic up on stage again! before i head out – i’ve got the brand new hot video from UK duo basement jaxx for the second single (the first was raindrops) off their upcoming album scars (releasing here in the states on october 6th) it’s called feelings gone and features super cutie aussie sam sparro on vocals! (unfortunately – he still hasn’t played a live show here in los angeles!) the video is adorably quirky – just like the band! their last album 2006’s crazy itch radio kicked total ass – i seriously hope the new one does too! popbytes over & out for now … xoxo
