It’s time again for Barbara Walters to fire off the list of people she deems most fascinating, and once again, Barbara proved that she is easily fascinated. This year’s list includes Jennifer Lawrence (YAY!), Miley Cyrus (yay?), Kimye (no, that doesn’t deserve a yay), and the people from Duck Dynasty (Okay, now she’s just listing people she’s seen on TV). The special, in its 21st year, includes Hollywood darling Jennifer Lawrence, NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, ABC News’ very own Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts, Miley Cyrus, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, together known as Kimye, the breakout stars from the hit reality TV show Duck Dynasty, and arguably the most famous infant in the world — Duchess Kate and Prince William’s baby George, the heir to the British throne.
I like how this list is basically a mix of people who’ve actually accomplished something (Lawrence, Roberts, Snowden), people who barely do anything (Kimye) and then people who still sh!t in diapers (baby George, the cast of Duck Dynasty, Kimye again). Although last time Barbara Walters interviewed Kim Kardashian, she asked her directly why anyone should care about her when she doesn’t do anything, so I’m cautiously optimistic on this one.
