good evening everyone! who else watched the hills last night? i can’t seem to turn away from the faux drama but i definitely think the show has run its course – if lauren conrad isn’t part of the show anymore – MTV needs to end the show – and perhaps do a spin-off focusing on some of the other characters (dare i say heidi montag and spencer pratt – they’re highly annoying but oddly entertaining) at the heart of it all – it’s all about LC – and without her – i can’t see the point of dragging it on! as for audrina patridge – i wish she was more interesting (i certainly can’t see girlfriend carrying her own reality show) she’s quite cute & sexy yet the nickname ceiling eyes is perfect for audrina – however i’m glad she’s putting her good looks to use with this brand new ad for PETA featuring her dressed up as an angel – holding her adorable furry friend speedy gonzalez – advocating adopting animals rather than buying ’em – something i am a huge supporter of! there’s so many dogs & cats that need a loving home – i just can’t see spending thousands of dollars on some purebred pet – like the ad says buying animals means killing animals – so if you’re in the market for a furry companion please make sure to visit your local shelters! popbytes over & out for now … xoxo
PS oh my word – why am i so attracted to audrina’s on & off-again boyfriend justin bobby? he’s totally shady and skeevy but for some reason – he drives me wild – it must be the dark hair and those blue eyes – my favorite combination!
During the photo shoot, Audrina told us, “I wanted to get involved with PETA because I’ve always been passionate about animals, and I think this is a great way to make people and all my fans aware of all the animals that need a home. And a lot of people go to pet stores and breeders to buy their animals, but you should adopt, so go to an animal shelter and rescue a dog.”
Audrina knows that choosing to adopt from an animal shelter is the only way to ensure that a loving animal will not be killed because there simply aren’t enough good homes. While millions of animals must be killed for want of a good home, greedy breeders churn out millions of animals each year for pet stores to sell. You can help stop the cycle by joining Audrina and promoting animal birth control: always spay and neuter your animal companions and never buy an animal from a pet store or a breeder.
