007: Daniel Craig returns as James Bond for ‘Spectre’

jb

So apparently, this morning there was a massive live-stream where the details of the next James Bond film were revealed. Not too surprisingly, Daniel Craig is returning for next movie, called Spectre. They also took the time to reveal the new Bond car, as well as the new M, the new Q, and various other letters of the alphabet. Deadline reports …

Director Sam Mendes along with superspy Daniel Craig and producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson are due on the 007 stage at Pinewood Studios over in South Buckinghamshire this morning to reveal the news. We’re also going to discover the car Bond will be driving this time around. While the Aston Martin from Skyfall evidently won’t be returning, expected to turn up for this Bond, which starts shooting on Monday, are Ralph Fiennes as the new M, Ben Whishaw as Q and Naomie Harris as Miss Moneypenny. I’ve also heard that Monica Bellucci may be in the mix, and speculation is rampant as to who who else will either be trying to cozy up to, or kill, the Secret Service agent.

Also on the docket, but not mentioned in the above paragraph, was Dave Bautista from Guardians of the Galaxy. It didn’t say specifically who he was playing, but if I had to guess, he’ll be the really muscley bad guy who kicks the ever-loving crap out of 007 while I secretly worship them. I have a thing for guys who look like they can kick a ton of ass. I make no apologies for that.
