The big day is finally here … it’s Election Day! It’s no secret that I fully support Barack Obama to have another four years as our President. The race for the White House is extremely important to me on a number of levels, especially being a gay men, there’s simply no other choice for me but Obama, the alternative is truly scary. It’s going to be a tight race but I firmly believe Obama will win in the end but we all need to make sure to get out there and vote today, it’s seriously beyond important.
The folks over at Virgin Mobile got together with DoSomething.org to help Americans find their V spot aka their nearest polling location. In case you don’t know where to vote, you can easily text VSPOT to 38383. Once a user texts in, they will receive a message asking for their address. They will then receive a text providing them with their nearest polling location, it’s that easy! Actor Justin Long helped out the V spot cause by making a PSA which you’ll find below! So please don’t forget to vote today and make your voice heard, #VoteUpOrShutUp!
