good morning! i wanted to direct your attention to a new show kicking off on showtime starring one of my favorite actresses toni collette called united states of tara which premieres on january 18th (produced by steven spielberg and created / developed by diablo cody) ms. collette plays a woman living with multiple personalities (there’s some pictures below of tara’s various personalities along w/ the trailer) and her hubby is played by cutie john corbett (who played carrie’s boyfriend aiden on SATC) although having multiple personality disorder is quite a serious topic – this show looks like it brings a touch of humor to the whole thing (it’s classified as a dark comedy) thankfully i got a press screener yesterday which i plan to watch as soon as possible! i’ve been seriously itching for some good television lately – there’s like nothing on right now – ugh! at least i know pretty much anything on showtime is bound to be decent! plus we’ve got the final sixth season of the L word premiering on the very same night – i love that show and i’ll be sad to see it go but the ladies have had an incredible run!
