The Razzie Nominations Are In!

Oh look, the nominations for the most useless awards show are finally out! … No, The People’s Choice Awards were last month. I meant the Razzie Awards, the joke awards for the year’s worst movies. Not surprisingly, it was all about M. Night Shyamalan and stupid sparkly vampires this year. Suck it, Twihards.

The nominations for the worst in the year of film were announced on Sunday night, with some big names getting some unwelcome recognition. Jennifer Aniston was nominated for Worst Actress for her role in “The Bounty Hunter,” while counterpart Gerard Butler got a nod on the Actor side.
Overall, that film took home four nominations, but it was an underachiever compared to a few other duds: “The Last Airbender” got nine Razzie noms, as did “Twilight: Eclipse,” which “earned” nominations for leads Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart. Leading the way individually was Jessica Alba, who in just one year garnered a whopping four nominations for Worst Supporting Actress. SOURCE

Oh Jennifer Aniston, will you ever win? The sad thing is, The Bounty Hunter was still about as tedious as The Tourist, yet Angelina Jolie was nominated for a Golden Globe while Jen gets a Razzie. Consider this a learning experience, Aniston: Go adopt babies. Lots of babies.
