So basically, out of a possible 17 awards, three went to European acts. Actually, one didn’t go to a European act, so much as it went to the nutso fans of a European act, and you just know that One Direction will invariable end in an implosion of ego, sex scandals and insanity. Five over-hyped kids with way too much money? You’d be better off giving them matches and setting them loose in a fireworks factory.
