BEST DRESSED #1 Florence Welch – Givenchy I can’t stand Florence Welch. She sings like a 90-year-old Bavarian yodeler and typically dresses like a vintage couch. Black and silver maned heiress Daphne Guinness continues to stir up interest in the fashion world, this time in a unique and intimate exhibit at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City (showing now through January 7th, 2012).
