Apparently the internet is trying to break the part of my brain responsible for discerning reality from the crazy upside-down world we are slowly becoming, because a video of Taylor Swift covering Eminem‘s Lose Yourself surfaced online yesterday and OH HOLY SHIT, THE WALLS ARE MELTING AND EVERYTHING HAS EYES.

… Okay sorry about that, I’m back now. Anyway, Taylor doesn’t sound bad, which is probably because she actually has a nice voice and can carry a tune (Actually, girl can carry MANY things, thanks to those long Stretch Armstrong arms of hers. Seriously, is Mr. Fantastic her dad?), although she does lack the necessary anger to pull off the song. It’s like trying to make a kitten sound menacing. You just can’t – unless you covered the kitten in a suit of armor made of razorblades. (Please don’t try that.)
