hey hey! we’re only about a month away from the february 2nd premiere of rupaul’s drag race over on logo (produced by world of wonder) which i’m dying to see because i LOVE rupaul (supermodel of the world) there’s nobody better to host a fierce new reality show as nine drag queens picked from thousands compete to be the world’s ultimate new drag star! (except perhaps for divine – may she (and glen milstead) rest in peace) i’m sure there’ll be plenty of drama and hot tranny messes along the way – it’s going to be a such a hoot! below is a small video preview of the show along with photos of the nine contestants (read all about ‘em here) plus as a bonus there’s a new promotional picture of rupaul posing as both soon-to-be first lady michelle obama and president-elect barack obama who will be sworn in on january 20th as the 44th president of the united states – how exciting! i hope everyone had a swell weekend – i had another busy day getting ready to finally take a vacation (let’s just say it has been awhile since i took one…) i just need to get through three more days of the daily grind until i hit the beaches of maui! popbytes over & out for tonight – xoxo
