oh i’ve been holding out on posting about this because it almost seems too good to be true – but it looks like it might actually be happening…rosie o’donnell who has been guest starring on my beloved nip/tuck is apparently going to be getting her own spin-off show based on her nip character dawn budge! rosie’s guest appearance on ‘nip/tuck’ has been one of the best things about the fourth season and it was great to see ms. o’donnell acting again instead of being a yappy annoying talk show host! (don’t think of 94′s exit to eden though – consider her bit parts in a league of their own or beautiful girls) she did a superb job of bringing ‘dawn’ to life – a trashy trailer lady who lived in pensacola florida until she hit a $380 million dollar powerball jackpot – moved herself to miami and ends up wanting (needing) plastic surgery…which led her to mcnamara & troy and the rest we hope is television history! (no timetables have been set but i’ll keep you posted) popbytes over & out for now – xxoo!
