quick update

hey folks – its been way too long! i have had a busy few days – and i plan to get back to business with popbytes tomorrow night – im about to watch nip/tuck on F/X – i tivoed it – and i cant wait! what else quickly off the top of my head – the bet awards were in full force on hollywood blvd – including a whole blockage of the street – i heard west-kevina suggested everyone leave early as to avoid the traffic nightmare – hope all my work mate made it out – i did manage to see 50 cent performing while i walked back from lunch – and i also spotted brandy – her new album is decent – and she looked quite stunning and tall – and last night we saw the premiere for the will ferrell vehicle anchorman which also stars christina applegate and cutey cutey paul rudd (he was phoebes guy on friends) – so thats all i can think of for now – except – Dudes – britney spears needs to chill out – and calm down – seriously – she may have j lopez syndrome – and im worried – frankly – we all should be…more on that whole fiasco soon…popbytes out!
