You know, I really have to hand it to One Direction: I just assumed that they would be a one-hit wonder and that they would stop being relevant after they got out of the womb in which they recorded all their songs. Well, boy was I wrong! This thing will not stop. Just … it won’t stop. It will never stop. Never … anyway, here’s the music video for their latest single “Kiss You,” and – okay, how do I put this? Oh, okay, got it. This video is gay. Not gay in the way that dumb teenagers use the word gay. I mean gay in the way two men tenderly kissing each other on the mouth after one proposes to the other on a moonlit, Parisian street is gay. And this is coming from someone who is professionally gay: This video is batting a six on the Kinsey Scale.
