good evening! i’m thinking i might have to take a quick trip to london this summer – although i do find michael jackson to be a total weirdo – curiosity is getting the best of me when it comes to his supposed ‘final curtain call’ – the former king of pop announced earlier today he’ll be playing ten (possibly more) shows at london’s O2 arena – naming the string of shows this is it! – implying these could be his final performances! plus he promised to do the songs everyone loves – that’s one thing that can never be taken away from him – he’s done some incredible work over the years – all his past mega hits still hold up today (if forced to pick a favorite track – i’d go with smooth criminal or man in the mirror) i wonder how sales will be – we all know he seriously needs the money – this could be his chance to shine again and possibly rake in some cash (if all goes well – i’m assuming he’ll be playing other cities!)
although for an upcoming private performance in april – mr. jackson is demanding nine doctors to be readily available to jump to his aid should he happen to fall ill – maybe those persistent rumors about his ailing health are true – who knows if he’ll actually be able to perform all the dates he’s promising! below are some pictures from the press conference along with video of the announcement – he’s so strange looking to me (that wig needs a serious overhaul) i still can’t believe how vastly different michael looks from those days when we all loved & adored him! popbytes over & out for now … xoxo
