Meet the new Pink Pill speaker by Beats by Dr. Dre!

Pink Pill Speaker / Beats by Dr. DreOver the past few weeks I’ve been testing out the latest portable speaker from Beats by Dr. Dre aka the Pink Pill (thanks to my pals over at AT&T) which is being touted by the lovely Nicki Minaj (watch her commercial below). Not only is it small, sleek and completely portable, the sound is quite good for such a small device. Since I don’t have a speaker system in my bathroom, I’ve been bringing the Pill with me when I take a shower, there’s nothing better than singing along to your favorite tunes while scrubbing up. Unfortunately I can’t sing for my life (I’m totally tone deaf), but I sure like to try. I’ll also be taking the Pill with me when I head to NYC in a few weeks, it’s going to be the perfect travel companion (it also comes with a handy carrying case) plus I won’t have to worry about messy cables (the bane of my existence) since it easily connects to my iPhone via Bluetooth technology, which can also be used to send and receive phone calls! If you’re looking for something compact with a lot of sonic power, you can’t go wrong with the Pill (which is available in a number of totally cool colors besides pink), you can read more about here plus it’s easily purchasable online, so you too can be part of the Beats Army!

SMALL SIZE, BIG SOUND
Despite its compact size, the Beats Pill produces powerful sound. It’s easy to enjoy soaring highs and deep, booming bass in every room of the house. The Pill is Beats’ smallest wireless speaker and completely cord-free.

CHANGE TRACKS FROM YOUR PHONE
Or your laptop, or any other Bluetooth-enabled device from up to 30 feet away. The portable Beats Pill frees you to roam which means you’ll always have high quality sound near or far.

TOTALLY PORTABLE
You’re good to set up anywhere. The Beats Pill is lightweight so it won’t slow you down and small enough to fit in whatever you’re carrying out the door. The carry case even comes with a handy carabiner so you can attach it to your backpack.

BLUETOOTH CONFERENCING
Take that call. The Beats Pill’s Bluetooth capability and internal microphone make talking on the phone easier and better sounding than ever before.
