Judge Marsha Revel sentenced LiLo after an incredulous prosecutor, Danette Meyers, told the judge that Lohan has been thumbing her nose at the court. The evidence was loud and clear today — Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge. There were lots of excuses, but ultimately they didn’t fly. The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case. Lindsay broke down as she addressed the court, telling the judge, “I did the best I could.” She dissolved into tears when the judge imposed the sentence. SOURCE
hopefully this will get her to once and for all snap out of her messy ways and move forward personally – and professionally – finally putting this drama behind her (which first started back in 2007) i seriously hope we don’t see anymore crying or lawyer-induced delays – she just need to belly up to the bar and deal with it – a bad attitude is only going to make things worse! lindsay has two weeks to get herself ready for her prison stint (while still wearing her SCRAM anklet, no last hurrah bender for lilo) she’s due to surrender on july 20th, bright and early at 8:30am sharp! popbytes over & out for now … xoxo
