Since Lindsay Lohan‘s new lawyer, Mark Heller, basically built his case for her around lucky rabbit feet and trying to flatter the judge, it probably shouldn’t be too surprising that Lindsay just realized what a colossal mistake she made, and is now shopping for a new lawyer. Except she’s Lindsay, so you can bet your ass that everyone she asked to represent her nervously looked around the room, wrung their hands and went, “Oooooo, no, I can’t, I have … I have a family thing. For the next year. Sorry!” RadarOnline reports …
“Lindsay has been on the phone calling criminal defense attorneys in Los Angeles trying to hire someone new to represent her,” the source revealed.. “She absolutely loathes Mark Heller and doesn’t feel confident that he can successfully represent her.
“Lindsay called Robert Shapiro, who represented her briefly several years ago, but he was unavailable. She called four other top notch DUI attorneys, and every single one of them turned her down – one even had his assistant call Lindsay back and say he wasn’t interested.”
Considering that Lindsay still owes Shawn Holley $300,000, that in all likelihood, Holley will never see, it probably shouldn’t be that big a surprise that no one wants to represent this vodka-fueled train wreck for free. Or who knows? Maybe someone out there wants to do $300,000 worth of mind-crushing work for free for someone who will completely undo it five minutes later.
