As much as we make fun of celebs here at PopBytes, we are nothing if not fair. Sure, we get way more mileage out of Lindsay Lohan being … well, Lindsay Lohan, but every once in a whole she gets something right and we have to toss her a bone. Anyway, LiLo was in court again today, where the judge praised her for completing her probation on time, thanks to a strict schedule by her lawyer, who at this point really needs to be canonized because Christ, even Houdini couldn’t pull that rabbit out of a hat. TMZ reports:
Lindsay appeared in court today for her probation progress report. A very surprised Judge Stephanie Sautner began by saying, “Miss Lohan, you have actually done your work.” The judge noted Lindsay actually completed her 12 days of community service early. And she went to an extra therapy session — 5 instead of the required 4. The judge also said the morgue was pleased by the work Lindsay has done there “at least as pleased as a morgue can be.”
The good news is that Lindsay seems to be on track with her probation, which is good! The bad news is that her only chance to resuscitate her ‘career’ is her new Playboy magazine spread, and so far she’s been doing pretty much everything she could in her power to completely torpedo the damn thing, which is kind of a dick move when someone pays you a million dollars just to talk about how you showed off your boobs. So … in the words of Dina Lohan … one step forward, then one downed bottle of vodka as you stumble backwards five steps and keel over in a puddle of your own vomit.
