Two theories on this: The first is that Kris saw the bonkers-ass ratings for Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and realized she needed to kneecap her competition before people realize that all of these shows are completely devoid of depth and are basically just part of an ever escalating arms-race for create bigger, dumber, and more offensive shows and that Honey Boo Boo is more watchable on all fronts. The second is that Kris is an idiot. Actually, it could always be both. Both is a viable option.
