Crisis Averted: Kim Kardashian won’t appear on Vogue’s cover!

Kim Kardashian

Over the weekend, a rumor started going around that Kim Kardashian was being photographed for the cover of Vogue magazine, because apparently the fashion gods had turned a blinde-eye to us. And oh, what dark times they were! Knowing that trashy, no-style famewhores like Kim could make it onto the cover of the most fashionable magazine in America! But it’s okay, because according to RadarOnline, those rumors were lies. Evil, evil lies. LIES! Take it away, Kathy Bates!

LIES!

But a high-placed publishing insider dished to Radar: “The rumors about Kim shooting the U.S. Vogue cover are NOT true.” As Radar previously reported, West has been “absolutely determined” to persuade the powerful Vogue editor Anna Wintour to put his reality star fiancée on the pages of her high-class fashion publication. Despite the hip-hopper’s considerable star power, “Anna has remained typically aloof to Kanye’s constant advances and offers,” a source told Radar.

Oh thank heavens … I know I’m getting way too worked up over a fashion magazine, but dammit, we need to draw a line in the sand! We need to decide what we’re willing to allow in celebrity culture, and we cannot allow someone with no style or talent to be put on the cover of America’s most fashionable magazine. IT IS NOT ALLOWED!
